The Giordano Riello International Group Holding, expression of the Giordano Riello family, after establishing “Riello Condizionatori Spa” – the nowadays “Aermec” – has founded many other activities. Today, infact, sharing the group there are “FAST Spa” in Montagnana (PD), producing air handling and conditioning units and “SIERRA” in Isola della Scala (VR) producing heat exchangers.

The group is present on the european market with the controlled societies: “Aermec France S.A.” in France, “AermecGmbh” in Germany and “Aiax Ltd” in UK. Since April 2005 the  Giordano Riello International Group acquired the 25% of the shares of Airlan SA, with headquarters in Bilbao, to confirm its presence in the iberian market.

Members of the group are also "RPM Spa" in Badia Polesine (RO), and RPM Hungaria. Both societies, founded and managed by their president Alessandro Riello, produce electric motors. Controlled by "RPM" e part of the "Riello International Group", are the Elettrotest Spa, producing electronic equipment for control, and GR Motori elettrici Spa specialized in direct driver fans. Nowadays among all the companies in the group, nearly 1400 people are employed.
