DOP Test

FAST Spa is able to perform all the operations foreseen by the DOP Test procedure, at our facilities, and to issue the proper test certificate. The DOP Test, to be made upon specific request, verifies the absence of leakages in the filtration system of the air handling unit. The certification according to the DOP Test parameters is particularly indicated in case absolute filters present in the unit (H class according to the norm EN 1822). Basically, the test consists of the serach for leaks from small holes or other damages in the filtrating media, or in the joining parts between this and the filter frame, and in the search for leakages in the filter frame. The test is normally carried out gene rating a suitable path upstream the filtrating system and verifying the leakages, if any, downstream the filters by means of fotometer.

FAST, thanks to the constructive accuracy and precise assembly of the filtrating sections , is capable of avoiding the troublesome cases of air by-pass around the frames of the filters. The conditions of hygiene of the air and therefore ensured, specially for specific ambience such as in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
